Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented janitorial cleaner and window cleaner to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our clients' commercial storefronts as well as their windows. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a timely fashion.

CURRENT CLEANING SCHEDULE:

Mondays: Responsibilities (Mornings STORE A at 9:00AM-11:30AM):

• Keep building in clean and orderly condition
• Perform cleaning duties such as cleaning floors (sweep/dust mop/wet mop/vacuum)
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Clean windows (interiors and exteriors) - once-a-MONTH
• Clean windows (exteriors only) - once-a-WEEK
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Tuesdays: Responsibilities (Mornings STORE B at 9:00AM-11:00AM):

• Keep building in clean and orderly condition
• Perform cleaning duties such as cleaning floors (sweep/dust mop/wet mop/vacuum)
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

*** WEDNESDAYS - DAY OFF ***

Thursdays: Responsibilities (Mornings STORE A at 9:00AM-11:30AM):

• Keep building in clean and orderly condition
• Perform cleaning duties such as cleaning floors (sweep/dust mop/wet mop/vacuum)
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Perform routine maintenance tasks

• Clean windows (exteriors only) - once-a-WEEK

Fridays: Responsibilities (Mornings STORE B at 9:00AM-10:00AM, STORE C at 10:00am-11:00am):

• Keep building in clean and orderly condition
• Perform cleaning duties such as cleaning floors (sweep/dust mop/wet mop/vacuum)
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Saturdays: Responsibilities (Mornings STORE A at 9:00AM-11:30AM):

• Keep building in clean and orderly condition
• Perform cleaning duties such as cleaning floors (sweep/dust mop/wet mop/vacuum)
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Clean windows (interiors and exteriors) - once-a-MONTH
• Clean windows (exteriors only) - once-a-WEEK
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

*** SUNDAYS - DAY OFF ***

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with custodial practices, facilities maintenance, buffing techniques, and floor care is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.20 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 27 per week
