I am an experienced attorney who recently launched a solo practice in Oregon, focusing on litigation and trusts & estates (with occasional guardianship/conservatorship work). I am looking for a paralegal who can assist on an initial project basis, with the possibility of expanding hours and responsibilities over time as the practice grows. What I’m Looking For: - A proactive, problem-solving mindset — aptitude and effort are very important. - Comfort working with AI tools to streamline drafting, research, and document review. - Willingness to take ownership of tasks and communicate clearly. Experience That’s Helpful (but not required): - Litigation support and document review. - Drafting trusts, wills, and related estate planning documents. - Guardianship and conservatorship filings or accountings. - Familiarity with Oregon law and practice.
