Gourmet Growth Advertising is seeking a skilled Paid Advertising Specialist to support client accounts across Google Ads and Meta Ads. We’re a fast-growing digital agency that values technical accuracy, proactive communication, and reliable execution. This is a long-term opportunity for a freelancer who can handle both current accounts and future growth as we scale. Responsibilities - Campaign Builds: Create and launch paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads following our SOPs (naming conventions, UTM structure, geo-targeting best practices). - Optimization: Conduct weekly reviews of accounts, including negative keywords, creative testing, audience adjustments, bid/placement changes, and performance-driven refinements. - Conversion Tracking: Set up and QA events using GTM/GA4 and platform pixels. Troubleshoot discrepancies and re-verify tracking after site or campaign changes. - Budget Pacing: Monitor and adjust pacing at least 3x per week (daily for high-spend accounts). Flag risks of over/underspend early. - Reporting: Document optimizations (Google Ads Notes, Slack updates). Provide clear, actionable performance insights and recommendations. Requirements - Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Meta campaign types). - Strong technical knowledge of conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, pixels). - Solid grasp of campaign KPIs: CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA, ROAS. - Responsive: able to acknowledge communication within 24 business hours. - Ability to execute independently with accuracy. - Organized and proactive in workload management (multiple accounts). Bonus: Experience with scripts or automation for efficiency in campaign optimization.
