🔥 Job Description: I run a digital marketing agency that helps clothing brands scale through content and paid ads. I'm currently onboarding new clients and looking for a U.S.-based paid ads specialist who can manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ad campaigns for e-commerce brands in the apparel space. This will be a behind-the-scenes role — no client communication required. If you're great at what you do and can get results, this will turn into ongoing work across multiple clients. 💼 Responsibilities: Build, launch, and manage FB/IG + TikTok ad campaigns for e-commerce clothing brands Conduct ad account audits and install tracking pixels when needed Create high-converting ad copy and choose winning creatives (with raw content provided) Split test creatives, audiences, and hooks Monitor and optimize performance (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.) Provide weekly performance updates + recommendations to me directly Collaborate on funnel strategy (landing page suggestions, offer positioning, etc.) ✅ Requirements: 2+ years of experience running Meta and/or TikTok ads for e-commerce brands (clothing/fashion brands preferred) Strong knowledge of audience targeting, scaling, and retargeting Ability to write compelling ad copy + choose scroll-stopping creatives (I’ll provide assets) Proven results with clothing brands or similar niches Fluent in English, U.S.-based only Comfortable being behind the scenes (no client contact) 💰 Compensation: You’ll be paid per client I’m currently charging $2,500/month per brand for content + ad management Your payout will be based on experience and scope — we’ll start with one brand and scale from there if you deliver Bonuses available for strong performance 🚀 To Apply, Please Send: A short intro about your experience with paid ads for clothing brands 1–2 examples of campaigns you’ve run (results, screenshots, or summary) Your expected monthly rate per client Why you think you’d be a good fit for this role
