Branded subscription boxes emphasizing safety, empowerment, and self-care. Must balance consumer experience with cost-effectiveness for recurring shipments (lightweight, USPS/UPS compatible). Designer should provide concepts for subscription experiences (e.g., 6- or 12-piece shipments delivered monthly or quarterly). 4. Brand Integration We will provide color palette, fonts, brand guidelines, and sample mockups. Messaging/taglines to include: “Confidence in your pocket.” “Safe Feels Better.” “Prepared is Attractive.” “Your Wellness, Your Way.” 5. Regulatory Alignment FDA (U.S.) 21 CFR 801: labeling for condoms, lubricants, cosmetic wipes. Latex allergy warning, expiration dates, lot numbers, intended use. ISO 13485 standards for durability, labeling symbols, tamper-evidence. Health Canada bilingual packaging (optional, for future-proofing). 6. Deliverables Print-ready dielines covering all pack sizes and condom variants. Print-ready component packaging artwork (condoms, lube, mints, wipe). Subscription packaging concepts and dielines. Mockups: retail shelf presence + DTC unboxing experience. Editable source files (AI/PSD/INDD). Regulatory-ready artwork for QA/compliance. Timeline Kickoff: Immediately upon hire. First Drafts: End of Week 2. Final Approved Files: End of Week 3. Note: Priority will be given to designers who can commit to an aggressive turnaround (3 weeks or less), but we are open to slightly longer timelines if the portfolio and approach are a strong fit. Candidate Qualifications Proven experience in consumer health, beauty, or wellness packaging design. Familiarity with FDA labeling requirements (condoms/lubricants). Strong portfolio in system-based design (multi-pack sizes, multi-variant). Ability to balance discreet retail shelf appeal with premium DTC unboxing. Experience designing interior component packaging systems preferred. Proposal Requirements Please include: Portfolio examples of relevant packaging systems (multi-SKU, health/wellness). Description of design process (outer + interior packaging, subscription). Estimated cost for full scope (pack sizes + variants + component packaging + subscription packaging). Confirmation of ability to deliver within the proposed timeline. Attachments Provided Brand Strategy & Design Document (values, personas, tone of voice). Label & Packaging Review Checklist.
