Role reports to: Sr Mgr, Product Owner - Neutrogena Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Owned Experience Manager is responsible for developing impactful digital experiences across Neutrogena’s owned channels that drive consumer engagement and loyalty. You will lead the product roadmap and strategy for the brand’s website, CRM and guided selling experiences with a focus on maximizing engagement along the consumer journey. You will deliver seamless, integrated and personalized consumer experiences and brand messaging across channels that drive engagement metrics in line with brand strategies and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for Neutrogena’s website and CRM channels, aligning with overall brand objectives. Partner with Brand Growth and Media teams to ensure a seamless consumer experience across channels, with aligned content and messaging strategies. Work closely with Brand Growth team to develop high-quality, SEO/GEO-friendly content that engages users and drives organic search visibility. Monitor and analyze content performance, making recommendations for updates or improvements based on data and trends. Utilize email marketing automation tools to create personalized and timely email communications based on customer behavior and preferences. Monitor and analyze CRM list growth strategies and implement best practices for list hygiene. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. What we are looking for Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or consumer experience management Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or related field Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across web and email Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and reporting. Experience with Agile product development methodology is required Desired Qualifications Excellent analytical skills. Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation). Experience with making data-informed decisions, with concrete examples of outcomes resulting from defining and measuring success. #LI-SR1 What’s in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $124,100.00 - $175,200.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
