Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage inventory levels by accurately stocking shelves and organizing products.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movements and ensure proper stock counts.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load and unload products from delivery trucks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment.
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with team members to execute merchandising strategies effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries related to product availability.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of inventory control processes.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners and operating forklifts; certification is a plus!
• Ability to lift heavy items regularly, demonstrating physical stamina and strength.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and customers.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for effective communication with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with retail sales principles, including retail math for accurate inventory management.
