Primary Shift: 0700-1530 Secondary Shift: 0900-1730, 1445-2315 GENERAL SUMMARY: Each staff pharmacist is responsible for the preparation and dispensing of medications and pharmaceutical supplies for patients of the CVPH outpatient pharmacy. QUALIFICATIONS Education/Skills Required: 1. BS Pharmacy & Registered Pharmacist (NYS) required. 2. Retail Pharmacy experience required. 3. Computer knowledge preferred. As applicable, the individual has training/competency in attending to the special needs and/or behaviors appropriate to the age of the patients for which care is being provided. This is a bargaining union position. Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital boasts 300 inpatient beds, inpatient acute rooms that are all private, and a Skilled Nursing Facility.
