Job Title: Content Creator for Organic Instagram Growth (AI Model Influencers) Job Description: We are looking for a creative and social-media-savvy content creator to help build and grow Instagram accounts for AI-generated model influencers. Your role will be to create (we will handle the content creation to start and can train you on how to do it), curate, and post engaging organic content that attracts followers, increases engagement, and establishes a unique brand presence for each AI influencer account. Responsibilities: • Develop a consistent content strategy aligned with the persona and style of each AI influencer. • Create and post high-quality organic Instagram content (images, Reels, Stories, captions, hashtags). • Write compelling captions and calls-to-action that resonate with the target audience. • Research trending topics, hashtags, and growth strategies specific to fashion, lifestyle, and AI influencer niches. • Monitor account performance and provide basic analytics/insights for ongoing optimization. • Stay updated on Instagram trends, algorithms, and audience behaviors. Requirements: • Proven experience managing Instagram pages (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or influencer niches). • Ability to write creative and engaging captions. • Strong understanding of organic growth strategies (non-paid). • Knowledge of AI influencers, virtual influencers, or willingness to learn. • Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) is a plus. • Graphic design or basic video editing skills for Reels and Stories preferred. Deliverables: • 3–5 organic posts per week (mix of feed posts, Reels, and Stories). • Monthly content calendar with themes and captions. • Monthly engagement and growth summary. Budget: Hourly or fixed-price (open to discussion, depending on experience).
