- Description
- About Paragon Micro
- Paragon Micro is one of the fastest-growing IT solution providers in the U.S. We partner with global technology leaders—Microsoft, HP, Dell, Cisco, Google, Lenovo, and over 4,000 other OEMs—to deliver world-class IT solutions to customers around the world. At Paragon Micro, we thrive in a fast-moving environment where every team member plays a crucial role in driving growth, innovation, and customer success.
- The Opportunity
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Specialist to take ownership of the end-to-end customer order journey. This is not just order entry - it’s about leading the entire process from initial receipt through delivery, coordinating across multiple departments, solving challenges in real time, and ensuring customers receive the exceptional service Paragon Micro is known for.
- What You’ll Do
- Own the Order Lifecycle: Manage customer orders from start to finish—accurately, on schedule, and always audit-ready.
- Coordinate Across Teams: Serve as the central liaison between credit, purchasing, sales, 3PL partners, warehouse, invoicing, and fulfillment.
- Guide Complex Orders: Treat high-priority or intricate orders like projects, navigating delays, shortages, or shipment issues to keep customers satisfied.
- Prioritize with Purpose: Assess and rank orders by business need, customer requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Keep Everyone Informed: Update and maintain real-time order information in NetSuite to ensure clear visibility for all stakeholders.
- Improve Processes: Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and support ISO initiatives that enhance speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Ensure Compliance: Guarantee accuracy in documentation and adherence to policies, federal regulations, and international shipping requirements (including Commercial Invoices, HTS codes, ECCN, and Dangerous Goods).
- Support Billing & Invoicing: Partner with sales and finance teams to resolve billing questions, process adjustments, and maintain smooth invoice workflows.
- Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in order management, fulfillment, supply chain operations, or customer operations (experience in technology distribution or a VAR environment preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across teams and with external partners.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and act decisively.
- Knowledge of trade compliance and international shipping regulations preferred.
- A proactive, process-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Why Join Us?
- At Paragon Micro, you won’t just be processing orders - you’ll be a key player in ensuring our customers succeed. We offer a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact growth and customer satisfaction. If you’re ready to combine attention to detail with big-picture impact, this is the role for you.
- Compensation Philosophy at Paragon Micro
- At Paragon Micro, we offer a base salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 annually, complemented by a 10–15% annual bonus, paid quarterly. This range reflects the diverse levels of expertise and experience we seek in our candidates and is intended to provide a general framework—not a guarantee of placement within the range.
- Importantly, this base salary and bonus structure does not represent the full scope of our total compensation package, which includes a comprehensive benefits offering, 401(k) retirement plan, and additional performance incentives.
- The final compensation offer will be determined based on your unique qualifications, including relevant experience, skills, and the value you bring to the role. We take a thoughtful, equitable approach to compensation, ensuring each offer is competitive and aligned with both market standards and individual contributions.
- We are committed to rewarding talent and maintaining transparency as we continue to evolve our practices in line with emerging standards.
