Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized Order Fulfillment Associate to join our operations team. In this role, you will manage the full order fulfillment process — accurately picking, packing, and shipping marketing materials that reflect our clients’ brands. Your precision and efficiency will ensure every order is completed flawlessly and delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare marketing kits, branded merchandise, and creative materials for shipment.
• Inspect and verify orders for accuracy, quality, and presentation.
• Coordinate with production and creative teams to meet tight project timelines.
• Maintain detailed inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Receive, organize, and log incoming materials and supplies.
• Update tracking systems and communicate shipping information as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in order fulfillment, shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform hands-on warehouse tasks.
• Comfortable using computers and basic inventory or shipping software.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Interest in media, marketing, or production environments is a strong plus.
