KYZEN is currently seeking a motivated CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our team. This position is based at our global headquarters in Nashville, TN. This team member’s primary responsibility is to enter customer orders into the company ERP system based on customer purchase orders.

Additionally, this team member will –

· Enter customer purchase orders accurately into the company ERP system.

· Review purchase orders for completeness and resolve any discrepancies prior to order entry.

· Coordinate with internal departments as needed to clarify order details.

· Perform general office filing and paperwork associated with customer orders.

· Track orders and assist with shipping documentation as required.

· Process Return Material Authorizations according to company policy

· Assist KYZEN Regional Managers with customer-related requests

· Perform other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

· Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Willingness to develop a strong knowledge of all standards and specifications that relate to KYZEN products

· Motivated and creative problem solver with the ability to work independently and within a team environment

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

· High School Diploma or equivalent required

· United States Citizen**

· 2 years’ experience working in customer service preferred

· Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and practices a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· General office demands

· Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weight up to 25 pounds without assistance.
