Oracle EPM Lead - Onshore1 Job Title: Oracle EPM Lead Location: Onsite/Onshore (USA preferred) Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Lead with a strong background in Hyperion, Essbase, and Oracle Cloud EPM to lead solution design, implementation, and performance optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of hands-on experience and the ability to challenge architectural decisions, ensure best practices, and validate system scalability in complex enterprise environments. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable EPM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Oracle EPM solutions (Hyperion, Essbase, Cloud EPM) Review and challenge existing solution designs for scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Ensure adherence to EPM best practices and Oracle standards Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members Perform performance tuning and troubleshoot complex EPM issues Support solution testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities Key Requirements: 8+ years of experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle Cloud EPM Strong expertise in EPM architecture, data integration, and performance tuning Proven ability to lead technical design reviews and guide strategic solution decisions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in both on-prem and cloud EPM environments is preferred Working at Jade Global Talented people are drawn to world-class organizations that offer outstanding opportunities, and Jade Global is an employer of choice for individuals around the world.
