Cuzko Construction is a growing general contracting company in the Seattle area. We’re looking for a skilled operations specialist who understands the construction workflow and can help us organize, document, and streamline our internal systems — from lead intake to project closeout. Responsibilities: • Map and document workflows (lead → bid → contract → construction → closeout). • Build SOPs, checklists, and templates for daily operations. • Create standardized documents (estimates, change orders, contracts). • Recommend and help implement process automation tools (JobTread, ClickUp, Google Drive, etc.). • Work directly with the owner to design scalable systems for our field and admin teams. Requirements: • Proven experience in construction operations, project management, or business systems setup. • Familiar with JobTread, Buildertrend, or ClickUp. • Strong documentation and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and deliver structure from loose notes or Loom videos.
