We run a commercial cleaning company in Los Angeles using subcontractors (not W2 employees), so our operations setup is different from a normal janitorial company. We want a freelancer who can build a simple, reliable, and scalable system across Monday.com, PandaDoc, and GoCanvas (or smarter alternatives you recommend). The system needs to cover: walkthroughs, pricing, proposals, scheduling, subcontractor pay, invoicing, lead tracking, client communication, and daily task lists. The main goal is simplicity. We want everything streamlined so my partner and I can run the entire business without confusion and eventually hand the system off to future assistants.
