To support our growth and ensure exceptional customer service, we are seeking a highly detail-oriented **Operations Specialist** to join our team. Position Overview The **Operations Specialist** will play a critical role in managing the full cycle of promotional product orders—from product sourcing and quoting to supplier coordination, order fulfillment, and client communication. The ideal candidate is experienced in the promotional products industry, thrives on details, and is passionate about creating seamless, efficient workflows that drive client satisfaction and repeat business. Key Responsibilities Product Sourcing & Quoting * Source promotional products, branded merchandise, and decorated apparel using ASI, SAGE, ESP, and Commonsku. * Prepare accurate, compelling quotes and sales presentations. Order Management & Fulfillment * Manage the full order cycle: PO placement, artwork proof coordination, payment processing, and shipment tracking. * Ensure orders are accurate, on time, and meet client expectations. Customer Service & Communication * Provide proactive, professional communication with clients throughout the process. * Resolve issues quickly and effectively to maintain strong client relationships. Inventory & Supplier Coordination * Coordinate orders with suppliers. * Serve as the main point of contact for vendor and supplier relationships. --- Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in the promotional products industry (required). * Proficiency with ASI, SAGE, ESP, Commonsku, and similar industry platforms. * Strong organizational and detail-management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems.
