Goal Keep ATLMM vendor onboarding + events and Sublime agency sprints shipping on time with clean checklists, clear comms, and zero dropped balls. Scope of work (weekly) • Cadence: Run a 15-min daily standup with Creative + RevOps; 30-min weekly status with founder. • Tracking: Own the master Kanban + SLA dashboard across ATLMM + Sublime; surface blockers early. • ATLMM — Vendor Ops: Intake → asset check (logo, photos, copy, categories) → taxonomy/QA → listing live within 48–72h; maintain a small ticket queue (basic support, updates). • ATLMM — Events: Build/run run-of-show, vendor communications, RSVP trackers, booth/slot assignments, check-in sheet, day-of ops checklist (signage, power/Wi-Fi, tables). • Sublime — Agency Sprints: Client intake, scope tracker, sprint planning, task assignment, due-date discipline, change-request log; coordinate handoffs with Creative (assets) and RevOps (web/automation). • QA & Docs: Keep SOPs up to date; file naming/asset hygiene; collect approvals and post-mortems. • Handoffs: Coordinate with Risk & Finance for approvals/payout timing (you don’t move money). Monthly deliverables • On-time delivery report (by brand/workstream) + SLA metrics • Updated SOPs/templates (vendor onboarding, event runbook, sprint template) • Post-mortems for any missed SLA + fix list KPIs • On-time delivery ≥95% across boards • Vendor listing turnaround ≤72h after complete assets • Support first-response ≤1 business day (vendor tickets) • Client CSAT (Sublime) ≥4.7/5 on monthly pulse • Event readiness: venue locked ≥30 days out; zero day-of critical misses 30 / 60 / 90 • 30: Unified tracker + comms cadence live; current backlogs triaged and dated • 60: All recurring workflows templated (vendor onboarding, event run-of-show, agency sprint) • 90: Capacity forecast + quarterly ops review cadences in place Tools Trello, Google Workspace, Loom, Airtable, Canva (basic coordination), DocuSign/HelloSign (status), Sheets dashboards. Read-only visibility to Stripe/CRM status for handoffs. Trial week (paid) • Build the master board + SLA tracker for ATLMM + Sublime. • Run one vendor listing from intake → QA → live (real or sandbox). • Plan and kickoff one 1-week sprint (Sublime), including a mid-week status + end-of-week retro. • Deliver a one-page report: on-time %, blockers cleared, next 2–3 process fixes.
