The Operations Manager brings order, accountability, and scalable systems to RLMA Enterprise — a multi-project small business working across marketing, real estate-adjacent ventures and credit repair. This role exists to ensure the business runs smoothly day-to-day so the Founder can focus on strategy and growth. You will supervise a small virtual team (Marketing VA and Credit Repair Specialist), convert ideas into documented workflows, secure and maintain operational assets, and keep projects moving with clear communication and predictable rhythms. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker, a calm executor, and a proactive leader who enjoys building repeatable processes. Responsibilities -Supervise and coordinate the Marketing VA and Credit Repair Specialist — ensuring work is on-schedule, on-brand, and aligned with company priorities. -Build, implement, and maintain SOPs for recurring processes (client onboarding, content workflows, vendor coordination, property communications, invoicing, etc.). -Establish and manage project management systems and dashboards in Basecamp to track tasks, deadlines, and ownership. -Maintain secure credential and password storage and access protocols; ensure sensitive documents are stored with clear naming conventions and permissions. -Coordinate vendor and partner communications (Airbnb/property managers, contractors, designers) and proactively negotiate and track outcomes (including maximizing deal terms where appropriate). -Oversee platform setup and administration (invoicing platforms, CRM basics, listing management) and collect/store platform data into organized business folders. -Translate the Founder’s ideas into actionable project plans with milestones, owners, and timelines; own follow-through and escalation. -Provide weekly status reports to the Founder with concise metrics, wins, blockers, and next steps. -Manage hiring, onboarding, and the training process for new contractors and support staff; create onboarding checklists and first-30/60/90 day success plans. -Use ChatGPT as an operations tool: maintain a prompt library for recurring tasks, use AI to draft SOPs, produce templates, and summarize meeting notes or vendor conversations. -Identify scalability opportunities and build frameworks for repeatable revenue streams (digital products, rentals, real estate processes) that reduce manual work over time. Expected Results -Central operations dashboard and task system is established and in daily use. -SOPs exist for core recurring workflows and are accessible to the team. -Marketing VA deliverables (content calendar, posting cadence, website fixes) are tracked and on schedule. -Communication between contractors and Founder is orderly and requires fewer ad-hoc reminders. -Founder’s time spent on follow-ups and task management is significantly reduced. Requirements -Minimum 3 years in operations, project or program management, or a similar role supporting multi-project small businesses or agencies. -Experience managing remote teams and contractors (VAs, specialists). -Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). -Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Basecamp, Asana, Airtable -Comfortable with basic CRM workflows and invoicing platforms. -Able to document SOPs and create simple trackers/dashboards in Sheets. -Familiarity with password/credential management tools (e.g., LastPass, 1Password) is a plus. Rate (Compensation & Hours) Part-time: ~20 hours per week (flexible schedule; must overlap some U.S. Central Time hours for weekly syncs). Final Interview: A final conversation with the client to confirm alignment, expectations, and readiness to begin the role.
