JOB SUMMARY

  • The Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting company-wide operations by ensuring seamless internal workflows, effective client issue resolution, and strong cross-departmental communication. This role supports sales, leadership, and key accounts, driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and highly organized, capable of managing dynamic operational demands while supporting long-term operational stability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • • Provide timely, accurate operational support to the Operations Director, ensuring all delegated tasks are completed with reliability and ownership
  • • Manage sales operations requests, including pricing approvals, client communication, and coordination with the domestic factory
  • • Address client issues and complaints promptly, ensuring resolutions meet company standards and customer expectations
  • • Analyze operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and workflow effectiveness
  • • Oversee credit and financing agreements, balancing risk mitigation with strong client relationship management
  • • Track overdue accounts and ensure timely follow-up for improved payment collection
  • • Provide seamless role coverage during staff absences to ensure uninterrupted business operations
  • • Organize and lead monthly sales meetings—including agenda development, material preparation, and documentation of action items
  • • Support key account relationships and contribute to long-term customer satisfaction and retention
  • • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal departments and external partners
  • • Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to shifting priorities and supporting new responsibilities as needed
  • • Maintain reliable and punctual attendance, following all company expectations
  • • Collaborate with team members and management to support business goals
  • • Take initiative by identifying inefficiencies, anticipating operational needs, and suggesting improvements

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • • This position may oversee daily workflow coordination and support operational staff; however, it does not initially include formal direct reports
  • • Provides task support, guidance, and coverage to colleagues when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • • 5+ years of experience in operations, sales operations, logistics coordination, or related field
  • • Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving experience
  • • Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
  • • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time-management skills
  • • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • • Experience with credit terms, invoicing, or risk assessment strongly preferred
  • • Mandarin fluency required (reading, writing, and speaking), due to daily communication with domestic and overseas partners

EDUCATION

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field preferred
  • • Certifications in operations, project management, logistics, or supply chain are a plus
