Operations Lead / Virtual Assistant (Lead Generation + Outreach) — MUST Operate in EST** I am looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant who can grow into a long-term Operations Lead for a high-ticket executive health & performance brand. This role is NOT entry-level. You must be able to take ownership, manage lead generation systems, and handle communication with precision and professionalism. Position Overview You will manage: Lead list building (executives, physicians, attorneys, founders in Tampa, FL) Outreach sequences (email + SMS) Inbox and reply management Booking qualified calls on my calendar CRM tracking and reporting Light client onboarding and operations support This role grows into full operations leadership for the right person. Working Hours (REQUIRED) You must operate in Eastern Standard Time (EST) during 9AM–5PM EST — Monday through Friday. Responsiveness during these hours is non-negotiable. All outreach and follow-up must occur in EST to match my clients’ schedules. Compensation Model (NO hourly) I do not pay hourly. This position is compensated by: 1. Monthly Retainer: $600/month (based on 20–25 hours/week expected output — NOT time tracked) 2. Performance Bonuses: $25 per qualified call that shows up $200 per client closed (from calls you booked) This model rewards performance, not time spent. Core Deliverables Your weekly responsibilities include: Build & validate targeted Tampa executive lead lists Clean and format all data (name, title, company, email, phone, LinkedIn) Launch daily outreach (50–100 messages/day) Manage replies, pre-qualify leads, and book calls Maintain CRM and follow-up sequences Deliver simple daily report: messages sent, replies, calls booked Deliver weekly KPI report: shows, closes, trends, bottlenecks Ideal Candidate Profile Experienced in lead generation, list building, or outbound outreach Strong communication skills; professional and concise Comfortable using email automation tools (Instanstly, Apollo, Woodpecker, etc.) Highly organized with a strong ownership mindset Able to follow SOPs with precision Comfortable coordinating operations and onboarding tasks Wants long-term stability and growth with one client How to Apply Please include the following in your reply: A short description of your experience with lead generation/outreach Tools you’ve used (Instantly, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, CRM) Your availability during EST business hours A sample of a lead list you’ve created (blurred is fine) Why you are a good fit to grow into an operations lead role
