We’re a Florida-based moving company on a mission to deliver 5-star service and become a trusted name in residential and commercial moves. We’re in startup mode, but expanding quickly and we’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Operations & Growth Manager to help us move from startup to scale. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can wear multiple hats, and enjoy building systems, people, and processes from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing 🛠️ Operations & Team Management Learn to book and manage moves from start to finish (including payments) Build SOPs for hiring, onboarding, and training movers/drivers Create a Move Coordinator Handbook to standardize procedures Ensure jobs are performed safely, efficiently, and with excellent service Maintain compliance & insurance documentation 📊 Admin, Reporting, & Process Building Learn ClickUp, our CRM, and help manage internal workflows Support basic QuickBooks tasks: onboarding staff & submitting payroll weekly Organize SOPs and company files (Google Drive) Analyze marketing ROI and lead sources Help optimize logistics and load board usage (e.g., DAT) 📣 Marketing & Growth Manage company social media and build a basic content calendar Launch local postcard and outreach campaigns Assist with monthly email/SMS campaigns for leads Start partnerships with realtors, storage facilities, and local businesses Coordinate production of a short team + brand video ✅ Ideal Candidate Experience in operations, logistics, or service-based industries Strong problem-solving and organization skills Comfortable leading, coordinating, and creating processes Experience with Google Suite, QuickBooks, or CRM tools Roll-up-your-sleeves mindset — this is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role Looking to grow with a company long-term 💥 Bonus: Experience in the moving industry
