We manage a fleet of box trucks and flatbeds, and we’re currently scaling operations with 20–39 active drivers and helpers. We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and communicative Operations & Driver Coordinator to help manage daily delivery schedules, route planning, driver communication, compliance tracking, and issue resolution. You’ll work directly with management to ensure smooth logistics and high-performance standards across our delivery teams.
