About the Project I'm launching an operational assessment service for residential buildings and management companies. The foundation is built—business plan, core methodology, and draft documentation are complete. Now I need an experienced operations consultant to finalize the delivery framework and prepare us for beta testing. This is a focused, execution-oriented contract with clear deliverables and an accelerated timeline. What You'll Do Documentation & Process Development Review existing business plan, service framework, and draft SOPs Finalize the Assessment SOP with operational rigor Identify and fill gaps in workflows, templates, and support materials Organize all components into a cohesive, scalable delivery system Launch Preparation Develop a structured beta launch plan with clear phases and milestones Create readiness criteria and quality checkpoints Recommend process improvements for clarity and efficiency Coordinate with freelance designers/formatters as needed Required Qualifications Education & Credentials Bachelor's degree required MBA strongly preferred Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) highly valued Core Competencies Proven experience building operational frameworks and SOPs from concept to execution Strong process design and workflow development skills Ability to quickly synthesize complex information and identify structural gaps Exceptional organizational and written communication abilities Track record of independent, self-directed project completion Working Style You thrive when given partial frameworks and trusted to complete them. You're analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive—you see what's missing before being told. You communicate clearly, meet deadlines consistently, and don't need hand-holding. Note: Industry-specific experience is not required. Strong operations fundamentals transfer across sectors.
