I’m looking for a high-level Virtual Assistant to help scale a fast-growing real estate lead generation business called Real Estate Lead Hub. We generate leads for: • Real estate investors • Wholesalers • Fix & flip buyers • Private lenders • Landlords Requirements: ✔ Experience in real estate, wholesaling, or private lending ✔ Excellent written English (clear, conversational, confident) ✔ Strong understanding of Facebook & Instagram ✔ Very high attention to detail ✔ Ability to think independently and solve problems ✔ Fast learner — picks up tools quickly ✔ Must be available during US business hours (flexible) BONUS if you have experience with: • GoHighLevel • Webflow • Figma • Canva • Cold messaging • Sales funnels • Lead-gen operations ⸻ Personality Traits (non-negotiable): • Proactive — you take action without waiting • Extremely organized • Business-minded • Loyal and long-term focused • Comfortable operating without hand-holding • Takes ownership of results • DSCR + bridge loan borrowers This role is NOT simple admin work. I’m looking for someone who can operate like a business partner, own critical tasks, and help build systems that increase revenue and speed. Lead Intake & Pipeline Management • Add incoming leads into CRM (GoHighLevel or similar) • Qualify and categorize leads • Assign tags, notes, statuses • Ensure leads are followed up with consistently 🔵 2. Facebook Group Growth & Engagement • Post daily content (templates provided) • Approve/decline member requests • DM new members using scripts • Pull leads from comments, conversations, and polls 🔵 3. Outbound Lead Generation • DM investors, wholesalers, agents, and lenders • Start conversations in FB groups • Send weekly newsletters to segmented lists • Build database of buyers & sellers 🔵 4. Systems & Automation Support • Create SOPs • Manage Google Sheets trackers • Build basic CRM automations • Keep everything clean and organized 🔵 5.
