(NOTE: please do not send me outside spam, all communication needs to be sent here for consideration.) I'm not a full-time author, I write on the side on the topic of Agnostic Spirituality. I've got my 2nd book coming out in March (self-published) and I need some help creating Instagram or other posts, updating the content on my website, and maybe sending a newsletter or two to my 2500 subscribers. I have been dormant for a few years due to caring for a parent, and I'm anyway not great at online marketing. I'm 53 and while I'm somewhat tech savvy, have never been a social media poster to begin with, even personally. I need someone who will charge me by the hour, I'd like to pay $10 to $15 per hour because this is not a huge part of my budget or a pressing need, but definitely willing to increase it eventually if the person can take on more advanced tasks like creating short content in my writing style. There won't be many strict deadlines, so you can fit this in at your convenience. (Within reason, ie if I give you content to post, get to it within the week.) I am not a big believer in doing too much outreach online (though I know it can work wonders). I'm putting all my energy into writing what I hope will be an amazing book, and at 53, I don't have that much energy to spend on spreading the word. I'm willing to do a little bit of outreach, but at some point, either my book sells through word of mouth, or it doesn't. So this would be low stress, low expectations. I just need someone to help me post some of my pictures from the book (there are 160 of them) along with the caption which I will write and send you. Initially I can create all the content, I just need someone to create Instagram, etc. accounts for me and post the material. I do not want to pay a fixed monthly cost, looking to pay hourly so that if I get super busy one month, I don't feel pressure to give you content. You will not be held responsible for views or subscribers or anything like that either. I have been with my designer who lives abroad for 24 years - I found him on a similar site back in 2001. So this may be a small job, but I am very loyal, and once I get comfortable, I will be sticking with you for years. It will be small, but relatively consistent over the long term. I am highly detailed, organized, and clear in what I want, so I also will make things smooth for you by not wasting your time with back and forth or indecisiveness. I am also pretty easy going and flexible to work with, I understand that we are all humans and life happens, so while I do have high quality standards for whatever we post, I'm otherwise pretty relaxed.
