KadLite Tutors is a personalized tutoring and advising services marketplace platform that promotes remote learning in the USA.

Application Process:

• Apply to become a tutor through the KadLite Tutor Website (www.KadLitetutor.com)
• Set your own schedule and hourly rate while you help students learn the subjects you love to teach
• Complete and submit Kadlite profile which direct you to complete Stripe account
• Once reviewed and approved by the KadLite Team, your profile becomes active.
• You will then be ready to begin tutoring

Qualifications:

• Expertise in any or more of the following areas (world history, social studies, government and politics, American history, Indian history, European history, archaeology, Russian History) or various kinds of history.
• Passion for helping others to learn and succeed
• Friendly attitude, helping nature, easy-going personality to manage 1-on-1 or small group
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Pay and benefits:

• You can set your own rate (generally tutor charges between 30-70/h)
• KadLite Tutor Platform Commission fee is only 20% compared to the 50-70% that traditional tutoring companies take.
• Work from home (i.e. work remotely) or anywhere with a stable internet connection
• Enjoy on-demand tutoring sessions with flexible time slots (i.e. set your own schedule)
• Show your multiple expertise serving a wide range of subjects
• No limit on taking students (I.e. as many as you want)
• Present your own customized and personalized approach/plan to help students’ unique needs
