We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Chat Specialist to support our customers through real-time chat assistance.
As an Online Customer Chat Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers using our online chat platform. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide professional support while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
• Provide accurate information about services, scheduling, and billing.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Keep records of customer interactions and update client files.
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
• Excellent written communication and typing skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
