Role Overview We are seeking an on-call QuickBooks Trainer to provide weekly client training sessions. The trainer will deliver 1-hour sessions (currently 2 sessions per week) following a prepared educational plan developed by Exit Bliss. This role includes guiding clients through QuickBooks set-up, providing ongoing education, and consulting on QuickBooks Desktop to Online migration as needed. Responsibilities Conduct 1-hour QuickBooks training sessions with clients (1x per week, currently 2 sessions). Follow the Exit Bliss educational plan while customizing support to client needs. Provide clear guidance on QuickBooks set-up, navigation, and daily usage. Advise and support clients through QuickBooks Desktop to Online migration. Document progress and communicate with Exit Bliss leadership on client outcomes. Answer client questions and troubleshoot basic system issues during sessions. Qualifications Proven experience training individuals or small businesses on QuickBooks (Desktop and Online). Strong knowledge of Desktop to Online migration processes and best practices. Ability to teach in a clear, step-by-step manner for clients at varying skill levels. Experience working with small businesses, preferably in construction or related industries. Strong communication skills and patience when educating non-technical users. Availability for weekly sessions with flexibility for additional on-call sessions if demand increases. What Success Looks Like Clients leave each session confident in using QuickBooks for their business operations. Migration support is smooth, reducing client confusion and risk of data errors. Exit Bliss clients report improved financial tracking, invoicing, and reporting accuracy. Exit Bliss receives consistent feedback that the trainer is responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to follow.
