Based from the comfort of your home in Vermont, you will drive recruitment efforts while supporting key administrative functions to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage recruiting tools, software, and creative sourcing strategies to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified caregiver candidates.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with our high standards of care and compassion.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding and training process for new caregivers, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating care services to meet client needs efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers to ensure smooth and effective care management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Handle any client concerns or issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Answer calls and texts promptly and courteously in a professional manner.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with clients and colleagues while working remotely from home.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or office administration, preferably in healthcare or caregiving
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using computer software and systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Self motivated and capable of working independently while proactively problem-solving
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature towards clients and their families
