About The Role:
We are looking for a NOC Engineer to join our SRE team to work on an innovative Real-Time Collaboration Platform including Audio / Video calls, Conferencing and Chats. As a NOC Engineer within our Site Reliability Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous availability and performance of our systems. Your efforts will directly impact our customers and partners who rely on our services around the clock.

What You Will:
- Work closely with our dynamic R&D and Support teams
- Monitor our infrastructure and clients’ systems 24/7
- React to incidents, make critical decisions, and take ownership
- Continuously improve our monitoring systems
- Provide support to our partners via phone and tickets during non-business hours, ensuring their needs are met
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Solid Linux and networking administration skills
- Proven experience in technical troubleshooting
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Availability for night shifts and ability to work 12-hour rotations (8 AM–8 PM / 8 PM–8 AM)
Bonus Points If:
- Experience with monitoring tools (ELK, Grafana, CheckMK, Zabbix)
- Familiarity with AWS services
- Experience with Ansible, Docker
- Understanding of GitLab and CI/CD pipelines
- SQL knowledge or experience
- Basic understanding of the SIP protocol
