NJR Home Services, a subsidiary of New Jersey Resources, is seeking a Warehouseperson in the Farmingdale location.

Major Responsibilities:

• Accurately pull parts and materials to fulfill work orders and service requests
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and storeroom areas
• Operate company van to make scheduled pickups and deliveries
• Stage equipment and materials for upcoming installations
• Prepare and stage water heaters for plumbing department use
• Assist with other warehouse and storeroom tasks as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program, or a recent graduate of a high school vocational/technical program
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean driving record and demonstrated safe driving practices
• Proven ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for team-based work

Other Details:
Compensation: The base pay for this role is $27.79/hour.
This role will be eligible to participate in a union annual short term incentive program.
