We are an established Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company seeking a highly organized and reliable Transportation Manager/Dispatcher with at least 3 years of NEMT or transportation dispatch experience. This role includes daily scheduling, driver coordination, and ensuring every client receives safe, timely transportation. Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate daily NEMT trips Dispatch drivers and monitor real-time trip progress Ensure on-time pickup and drop-off performance Optimize routes for efficiency and fuel savings Communicate with drivers, clients, and facilities professionally Track logs, mileage, and compliance requirements Handle last-minute changes or emergencies calmly Provide daily reports on completed trips and issues Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in NEMT dispatch or transportation management Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with NEMT routing software (RouteGenie, WellRyde, MediRoutes, etc.) is a plus Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work U.S. hours (if needed) Rate: $4 per hour
