I’m looking for a reliable freelancer to manually source HVAC contractor leads in the U.S. from Google Maps, company websites, and other accurate sources. Each lead must include: - Company Name - Owner/Manager Name (if available) - Direct Email (not just info@ or sales@ whenever possible) - Phone Number - Website - Location (City/State) Requirements: - Leads must be manually verified (no fake or scraped bulk lists). - Must deliver in a clean Excel/CSV format. - Initial test batch: 50 leads for $10 - If quality is good, I’ll order larger batches on a recurring basis.
