I need a Virtual Assistant to help me with various marketing tasks. However, the very first task is: - During your shift, you will log on to the portal and wait for a notification that says a meeting has been booked. - You will be notified at least 5 minutes before the meeting begins. - At the time of the meeting, you will join the chat and have a conversation with someone. - It is a text conversation, no voice call or video call is required. - The conversation involves them telling you about their relationship issues, and you validating their emotions and being on their side. (I will train you on how to do this.) - Watch the time. Once the time is almost up (either 30 minutes or 60 minutes), let them know that we're almost out of time, and then end the conversation on time. This is a part-time role. You will be paid for every meeting you attend and complete. If it's a 60 minute meeting, you'll be paid your hourly rate. If it's a 30 minute meeting, you'll be paid half your hourly rate. (However, as we get more bookings and after several weeks of you working and enjoying your shifts, you have the option of being converted into a full-time employee doing other tasks as well.) You need to be: - Meticulous - Responsible (you are in charge of all meetings during your shift) - Responsive (you may only get 5 minutes notice about a new meeting) And you will need to speak and write in perfect English.
