• Rabine Paving America provides asphalt and concrete pavement services designed to meet your specific parking lot needs. Our team of experts make the set up and construction process easy with project management, regular reporting, quality materials and best practices. With commercial paving in all 50 states, we are the chosen partner for some of the country's largest retail brands.

• Summary/Objective
• Looking to add a new member to a small tight-knit team responsible for estimating projects across the country for some of the largest commercial/industrial property owners. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can take on the challenge that comes with managing multiple projects at a time.

• Essential Functions
• Work with sales team to understand the requirements/specifications for new estimates/opportunities
• Manage a high volume of opportunities within a CRM as they work their way through the bid funnel
• Communicate with subcontractors to obtain pricing
• Ability to read, understand, and discuss project plans and proposals to identify scope gap

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of construction and ability to read plans is a minimum requirement
• Ability to work in a fast-moving team environment
• Previous knowledge of asphalt/concrete is a bonus

This role requires the individual to make substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers often. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; and/or extensive reading.

• Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
• Standard M-F 40hr weeks

• Travel not required but opportunities do exist to travel and see projects in the field
