The typical Co-op term is from January to July, 2026 Full time requirement (40 hours per week) Purpose: The North America Outbound Transportation Operations team is seeking a diligent and analytical Co-Op to support key initiatives that improve transportation execution and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. This role provides hands-on experience in logistics operations, financial analysis, and performance reporting, with exposure to cross-functional teams and external logistics partners. You will be responsible for: Performance Monitoring & Data Analysis Track and report On-Time Delivery (OTD) and On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance using internal systems and carrier websites. Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports to support performance tracking and decision-making. Analyze transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Transportation Operations Conduct shipment monitoring and investigate Delivery Service Incidents (DSIs) to ensure timely resolution and service recovery. Support cold chain shipment tracking and quality assurance for temperature-sensitive products. Assist with returns processing and ensure compliance with quality standards. Financial & Claims Support Analyze transportation financial spend using Excel, Alteryx, and Power BI to support cost improvement initiatives. Support revenue reconciliation activities in collaboration with Finance. Prepare documentation for claims and enter data into the transportation management system (TMS). Reporting & Collaboration Generate shipment (parcel, truckload, and LTL) performance reports for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Quality, and Transportation Analysts, as well as external logistics providers, to support operational goals. Escalate and communicate potential risks related to transportation spend, delivery incidents, and shipment tracking. Qualifications / Requirements: Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, or related fields. Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with data visualization and automation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx is a plus. Foundational understanding of financial principles, cost analysis, and transportation operations. Familiarity with carrier tracking systems and supply chain performance metrics (OTD, OTIF) is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration capabilities. High level of professionalism and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and operate in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience.
