About Us We are building Consumer Cowboy, a legal-education and consumer-protection video brand using AI-generated A-Roll and B-Roll. We already have: A growing A-Roll gesture library using a custom avatar A structured B-Roll prompt system Scripts segmented into narrative blocks A consistent visual + storytelling style A production workflow involving fal.ai, Kling, Wan, ElevenLabs, Sync.so, Google Sheets, and Google Drive We now need a skilled n8n automation engineer to turn this into a scalable, production-ready video automation pipeline. Project Scope 🔹 1. Script Intake + Segmentation Automate reading scripts from Google Sheets: Parse each segment Extract keywords/emotions Identify required gestures Map each part to either A-Roll or B-Roll needs 🔹 2. Asset Library Cross-Reference We already have ~60 gestures (A-Roll & B-Roll). Your workflow should: Check if a gesture already exists Tag segments as: EXISTING ASSET (reuse) NEW ASSET (generate) Return the correct link + metadata back to Sheets 🔹 3. Automated Prompt Packet Creation For NEW assets, auto-generate a complete prompt envelope: Full prompt text Model (WAN, fal.ai, Kling) Negative prompts Seed ranges Style notes Required framing (hands, torso, desk, etc.) Duration targets File naming convention 🔹 4. AI Generation Integrations (API or Webhooks) Integrate with: fal.ai Kling / Wan 2.5 / other video APIs ElevenLabs (voice) Sync.so (lip-sync) Google Drive (import/export) Workflow: n8n → API → model generates video → returns URL → n8n saves + renames 🔹 5. Cloud Storage & File Naming Rules Engine must: Save assets to correct folders automatically Rename files using our exact convention: Austin_ARoll_Gesture_##_ShortDesc_seed### BRoll_Gesture_##_Hands/Face/Body_topic_seed### Write final metadata back to the master spreadsheet 🔹 6. Editor-Ready Output Packets At the end of each script/episode: Compile script Attach A-Roll & B-Roll assets Provide recommended sequencing Package everything into a folder for the editor Push to Drive (and optionally Slack or Email) This removes 90% of manual effort.
