We are launching a next-generation digital health initiative designed to enhance care coordination, streamline clinical workflows, and improve data interoperability across healthcare systems. Our organization is incorporated in Delaware, and we are currently in the final stages of customer validation with healthcare providers and stakeholders. To bring this vision to life, we are seeking an experienced healthtech engineer or development team to build a production-ready MVP that aligns with OpenHIE, FHIR, and IHE architectural frameworks. The platform will serve as the core infrastructure for secure, standards-based health information exchange. Required Expertise: - Proven experience with HL7 FHIR, OpenHIE architecture, and IHE integration profiles. - Strong background in digital health systems, API development, and interoperability. - Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and health data security best practices. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) is strongly preferred. - Ability to build a clean, maintainable, and extensible codebase.
