We’re looking for an experienced email marketing designer who can help us create high-performing, visually appealing emails for our marketing agency, The LMB Marketing Group. Each week, we send branded newsletters and campaign updates to our clients and audience. We’ll typically provide most of the copy, but we’re looking for someone who can elevate it—by recommending engaging layouts, adding strategic visuals, and making suggestions to improve open and click-through rates. What You’ll Do: Design and build weekly email campaigns (we use Mailchimp) Collaborate on layout, visuals, and copy flow to enhance engagement Ensure emails are mobile-responsive and on-brand Suggest improvements and A/B testing ideas to increase conversions Occasionally create or edit simple graphics to complement the content What We’re Looking For: Proven experience designing and managing marketing emails (Mailchimp preferred) Strong sense of design, layout, and storytelling in email Understanding of email marketing metrics and conversion strategies Ability to collaborate and provide creative input, not just execution Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar) Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent with weekly delivery Bonus Points If You Have: Experience working with marketing agencies or service-based businesses Familiarity with content-driven newsletters Copywriting or conversion-optimization background This role starts as a weekly ongoing project but could grow into a larger partnership, including work on campaigns for some of our clients.
