• What You’ll Do

• As an Injection Mold Operator, you’ll be an essential part of our manufacturing team, responsible for producing high-quality automotive parts that meet strict safety and quality standards.

• * Operate injection molding presses and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
• * Support team-based operations by assembling, sorting, and restocking parts.
• * Track production, downtime, and scrap, keeping accurate records.
• * Maintain a clean and organized work area through 5S practices.
• * Report issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
• * Follow all safety standards to keep yourself and your team safe.

• What We’re Looking For

• * Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions.
• * Physically able to stand, bend, lift (up to 35 lbs.), and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• * Comfortable climbing ladders, stairs, and working on platforms.
• * Reliable, safety-minded, and willing to be part of a team.
