• Route Sales Representative – $50K Total Compensation
• Base Salary: $35K + $5 Per Pair Sold (Over 3,000 pairs sold last year!)
• We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Route Sales Representative to drive our Mobile Shoe Showroom and deliver excellent service while promoting top-quality footwear.
• Tasks

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a 24ft box truck (must be 21+ with valid license)
• Load and unload inventory daily
• Visit pre-scheduled client locations to sell shoes directly from the mobile unit
• Recommend products like insoles and socks to maximize each sale
• Perform light admin tasks: scan and upload orders, track inventory
• Maintain truck appearance and follow basic housekeeping tasks
• Coordinate future sales routes with store manager
• Perform basic truck maintenance through approved vendors
• Requirements

✅ What You Need

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (sales, mobile retail, or similar)
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and stand for long periods
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a 24ft box truck
