Hi Claudia, We have a mobile app in the mental wellness space. In the app, users do 1:1 sessions with an AI-powered coach to support challenges like stress, anxiety, and everyday difficulties. We’re looking for UGC-style videos for our mobile app and would love your help with three deliverables: 1) App test + private feedback (internal only) We’d ask you to use the app like a real user by completing one session, and then record a short feedback video sharing your honest thoughts. This video will be viewed only by our product team and will not be published. Total time: approximately 60–75 minutes (session + quick feedback). 2) Public UGC video for our website & social media (published) We’re looking for one video around ~3 minutes for our website and social channels. We can send you a draft outline/script and talking points. The video should focus on: what you like about the app, your session experience (for example, a “stress” or “anxiety” session), what you found helpful about the experience and the overall process. Note: We prefer to keep this content experience- and feature-focused, and avoid medical or treatment claims. 3) “How to use the app” video (published) We also need a clear ~3-minute “how-to” video that shows how the app works, using screen recording and/or on-camera footage. For example, it could include: logging in and the home screen, how to start a session, a quick walkthrough of key features (where appropriate). We can provide a draft flow/script for this video as well. Also, could you please share three examples of UGC videos you’ve created in the past?
