Job Title: Mobile App Developer - Field Sales Platform (Full-Time, In-House) We are seeking a talented Mobile App Developer to join our product team full-time. This role is critical for delivering rapid, high-quality feature configurations and customizations to meet client needs while leveraging AI tools for faster, smarter development. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and customer success teams to translate requirements into scalable mobile solutions, ensuring The Sales Machine stays a step ahead for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and customize features in The Sales Machine mobile app (iOS/Android) based on client requests. Collaborate with product and sales teams to translate business needs into technical specifications. Leverage AI technologies and automation tools to accelerate development cycles and improve code quality. Ensure app performance, security, and reliability across mobile platforms. Implement seamless integrations with backend APIs and third-party systems. Proactively identify and troubleshoot bugs and user experience issues. Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews. Stay updated on emerging mobile and AI development trends to keep the app innovative. Support beta testing, client onboarding, and feature rollouts with agility. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in native or cross-platform mobile app development (React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, etc.). Proven experience with mobile app architecture, APIs, and complex feature integration. Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and automation frameworks. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and rapid iteration cycles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments. Good communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Passion for building user-centric, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications. Bonus Points: Experience in SaaS or field sales-related apps. Knowledge of sales processes, CRM, and performance management systems. Exposure to cloud-native backend services and DevOps best practices.
