South Texas Remediation (STR) is a startup mold remediation company in Rockport/Corpus Christi, Texas. We need a developer to create a mobile app that captures daily reports for our field crews (based on the attached template) and a simple website for client contact and document uploads. The mobile app is the top priority: it must allow our foreman/superintendent to complete the Daily Report from their phone/tablet, including crew logs, environmental/moisture readings, equipment checks, and daily photos. Each submission must tie to a unique project number and export/share as a PDF for compliance with Texas TDLR requirements. The website can be basic: a clean landing page describing our services and a secure page where clients can contact us, upload pictures, and share PDF reports. It must be easy for us to update text and images without advanced technical skills. We’re looking for someone who can deliver a simple, reliable system that our crews and clients will find easy to use.
