Position Summary We’re looking for a Mitigation & Reconstruction Estimator who is equally comfortable on-site and in the office. You’ll perform initial loss inspections, take detailed site documentation, and write thorough estimates that follow carrier guidelines. This role is ideal for someone who’s naturally organized, follows processes, and communicates clearly — someone who thrives in a balanced role with both field activity and structured desk work, but does not manage people or production crews.
