We’re a fast-moving event marketing and activation agency looking for someone who can help us set up Missive (shared inbox platform) and get our small team running smoothly on it. If you’ve set up Missive, Front, or similar tools before — and love building clean, automated systems that make team communication effortless — this is your kind of project. What You’ll Do: • Set up Missive accounts for multiple users • Configure shared inboxes, roles, and permissions • Create automations, rules, and templates for routing and replying to emails • Integrate Missive with Gmail, HubSpot, Slack, and Zapier/Make • Document the setup or provide a quick walkthrough/training for our team What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience with Missive, Front, or similar tools • Skilled in workflow design and email automation • Familiar with Gmail and third-party integrations (Zapier, Make, etc.) • Organized, detail-oriented, and communicates clearly • Bonus: experience working with marketing or agency teams Deliverables: • Fully configured and tested Missive setup • Documented automations and shared inbox workflows • Team walkthrough or setup guide Project Details: • Duration: ~1–2 weeks • Start: ASAP • Budget: Open to hourly or fixed-price • Collaboration: Remote/flexible time zones
