We are seeking a skilled professional to configure and optimize our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system for a new inside sales team. I have a development sandbox setup. It does not do everything we require but its not bad. I also have a live environment setup with no data yet. I have a go live check list. We need help being sure its all setup. Additionally, we require proper documentation and recording of contacts. Two high level directives 1) Make sure the sales team has good data and make sure they track their work. Everything must be tracked 2) Make sure the system is fast, the data is clean Immediate need 1) Outlook integration 2) Mobile app so busy salesman can dictate information easily into the system before and after appointments 3) Track notes from inbound and outbound calls 4) Direction in data imports so we use valid pertinent info a. Use AI to assist with research for new and existing clients and pull the data into the system This will be a hyper focused gig. I need a full commitment for a week to drive this home
