We’re moving fast — and I’m looking for an A-player video editor who wants to grow with the brand long-term. This is NOT for casual freelancers. This is for someone hungry, fast, and obsessed with performance creatives. ⸻ 🔥 WHAT YOU’LL DO • Edit UGC ads, short-form VSLs (2–5 mins), AI presenter videos, and Meta performance creatives • Work with HeyGen, Arcads, ElevenLabs (all tools paid for) • Deliver 10–12 concepts per week • Direct 1:1 fast feedback loop with founder • Constant iteration, growth, and creative strategy influence ⸻ 🔥 REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiable) Must have ALL of these: • 1+ years editing Meta/Facebook ads • Experience editing for eCommerce brands • You have made VSLs (2+ mins) for health / wellness / beauty brands • Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, scroll-stoppers, safe zones, storytelling • Can work with UGC, B-roll, motion graphics, VO, and AI presenters • Fluent English • Portfolio must match what you claim • FAST delivery + no ego Young, hungry editors preferred.
