Our firm is searching for new talent to represent Payitiv as our Merchant Services Sales Representative. Payitiv has a team of professionals to assist you in learning the industry to ensure your success. This position is an Independent Contractor (not employee position), with no financial investment, no required meetings and no quotas. We don't micromanage your time, so you are free to do this full-time or part-time to supplement your income. As a sales representative, you will have the chance to represent cutting-edge payment processing solutions that are tailored to meet the diverse needs of each business owner.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying businesses that could benefit from merchant electronic payment services. Your role would be to consult with business owners and organizations, either locally in your community or anywhere in the U.S., on how to use today's credit card payment products & processing technology to scale their businesses, increase revenues, and process payments more efficiently at a lower cost. This includes credit card processing point-of-sale systems, online payment gateways and other electronic payment services.
• Client Engagement: Building relationships with potential and existing business owners to understand their needs. Either locally or anywhere in the U.S.
• Product Knowledge: Understanding various payment processing solutions and their features, provided through our free training sessions.
• Sales Presentations: Presenting merchant services solutions and negotiating contracts.
• Closing Deals: Securing new clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the services.
• Ongoing Support: Providing ongoing support and assistance to business owners, addressing their concerns, and helping them optimize their payment processing.

Key Skills:

• Sales and Communication: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
• Strong Business-to-Business Sales Experience: Our ideal candidate will feel comfortable cold-calling local businesses and have a strong background in business-to-business sales.
• Relationship Building: Ability to build strong customer relationships with clients and partners.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address client needs and concerns.
