  • Vendor Partnership Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for local merchants, managing vendor integration, tooling, item accuracy, and product availability to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Category Ownership: Own the performance of your categories, managing both established vendor accounts and new pilot launches with a data-driven, strategic approach.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, procurement, menu specialists, marketing, and local operations teams to ensure smooth vendor onboarding, order execution, and product replenishment.
  • Marketing & Merchandising: Create and execute marketing campaigns from the ground up-including banners, inserts, sampling programs, and CRM pushes-to drive visibility and sales for local products.
  • Assortment Optimization: Use sales data and customer insights to optimize the local assortment, making strategic decisions to expand, discontinue, or adjust offerings.

Why You'll Love This Role:

  • You'll be at the forefront of growing DashMart's local vendor presence, directly impacting the customer experience and vendor success.
  • You'll work cross-functionally with key teams and build campaigns that bring local brands to life.
  • You'll develop a deep understanding of both the DashMart and Marketplace ecosystems, contributing meaningfully to business strategy and execution.

We're excited about you because you have...

  • A strong ownership mentality and the ability to work independently to achieve results.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to build relationships with local vendors and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel is required, ability to draw trends from data, and SQL experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in Sales or Account Management preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

We expect this position to be filled by 8/5/2025.
